Terms and Conditions

• Breeder's Discretion: Upon acceptance of this application, the breeder reserves the right to approve or decline any application.

• Contract: If your application is approved, you will be sent a contract. Once you read, agree to, and sign the contract in front of a notary, it will become a legal and binding agreement.

• Deposit: The deposit will be $500, with $125 being non-refundable and due immediately to secure your puppy selection. Two weeks after the puppy is born, once we confirm there are no health issues, the remaining balance of the deposit will be due. After notarization and on puppy selection day, the final remaining balance must be paid in full prior to picking up your puppy.

• Puppy Fee: The puppy fee for this litter is $3,025 for English Cream Golden Retrievers, $3,025 for Red Golden Retrievers, and $2,525 for Samoyeds. It includes vaccinations, deworming, microchip placement, and AKC LIMITED registration (No Breeding allowed).

• Spay/Neuter Requirement: You will be required to show proof of spaying or neutering.

• Original Signed Contract: The original signed and notarized contract must be mailed to us. A screenshot of the signed contract can be sent via email to Scarlettcreekkennels@gmail.com to hold your place in the list.
